About Kim Pouncey

With over 13 of those years in management and 25 years serving / bartending experience in full service restaurants I struck out on my own and began Pouncey Partners in 1998. This opportunity opened for me after the Tennessee Alcohol Responsibility Act of 1995 went in to effect in July 1996. While being involved in opening a new concept I realized the challenge managers have keeping up with permits. I found that everyone had a hard time understanding the steps required after the class so I began offering unique services and systems to take the burden off day to day operations.
